Ham and Veggie Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 5-6 slices of Land O’Frost Premium Black Forest Ham
  • Flatbread or naan
  • 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
  • Head of broccoli
  • Red bell pepper
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Chop ham, broccoli, red/yellow bell peppers and set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and dill; stir until fully mixed.
  3. Place flatbread on cutting board or serving plate. Spread cream cheese mixture on flatbread.
  4. Add chopped veggies, diced green onions, and shredded carrots.
  5. Add diced Land O’Frost Premium meat on top. Sprinkle with extra shredded cheese.
  6. Cut flatbread into squares and serve.
