Grilled Ranch Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
- 1 bottle Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®
- 8 chicken tenders or 2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
- 1 large red pepper, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
- 1 large green pepper, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked for at least 20 minutes
Directions
- On each skewer, thread ingredients in the following order: chicken, red pepper, green pepper, red onion, then repeat two more times. Brush with olive oil on all sides and sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix.
- Prepare the grill for cooking over medium heat. Grill the skewers for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve immediately with a side of Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing.
