Easy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2 English cucumbers, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup Elmhurst® Dairy-Free Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, or sweetener of choice (optional)
Directions
- Place sliced cucumbers, onion and chopped dill in a large bowl.
- Add in the sour cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and sweetener of choice.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
