Chicken Parm Burger

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 large yellow onion, grated
- 4-5 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 4 tsp. Weber Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 ciabatta buns, toasted
- 8-9 fresh basil leaves, cut into ribbons
- 3/4 cup of tomato sauce
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, yellow onion, garlic cloves and parmesan cheese. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Heat a cast iron pan on medium-high heat and season patties generously with Weber Garlic Parmesan Seasoning. Once hot, cook patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Top each patty with 1 slice of mozzarella cheese during the last minute of cooking and allow it to melt.
- Top with tomato sauce and basil and serve on a toasted ciabatta bun.
