Bacon Guacamole Stuffed Sausage Burgers


1. Prepare grill for high heat.

2. Prepare bacon according to package directions; drain. Crumble bacon.

3. Stir crumbled bacon into guacamole dip.

4. Shape sausage into eight thin patties.

5. Top four patties with bacon mixture; cover with remaining patties.

6. Pinch edges together to seal.

7. Place burgers on grill. Grill 6 to 7 minutes on each side.

8. Fill buns with burgers.

9. Serve with salsa, if desired.

  • 6 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Premium Pecanwood Bacon
  • 1/2 cup WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE dip
  • 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • Salsa, if desired
