Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
- 1 lb. chicken or steak, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 packet of Mateo’s Medium Ancho Chile Taco Seasoning
- Guacamole, as desired
- Sour cream, as desired
- Tortillas of choice
Directions
- Heat oil in sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add meat and cook until no longer pink.
- Add onion and bell pepper; cook until slightly softened.
- Stir in Mateo’s Taco Seasoning and water. Cook 2 to 3 minutes more or until sauce has thickened.
- Serve fajitas with guacamole, sour cream, and tortillas as desired.
