No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Tarts

1 (5.3-oz) container of Chobani Zero Sugar* Blueberry
2 ounces Neufchatel (reduced fat) cream cheese
15 mini phyllo shells
45 fresh blueberries
Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)
In a medium bowl, beat the Neufchatel cheese with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Add the yogurt and beat until smooth.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the phyllo shells and top each tart with 3 blueberries.
Garnish with mint to serve, if using.
