Smokey Brown Sugar & Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 4 tsp. + 1 Tbsp. Weber® Smokey Brown Sugar Rub, divided
  • 1/2 cup fig spread or orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. bourbon (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 green onions, trimmed
  • 2 oranges, halved or quartered

Directions

  1. Lightly coat pork chops with olive oil, then sprinkle both sides of each pork chops with 1 teaspoon of Weber Smokey Brown Sugar Rub.
  2. Combine remaining tablespoon of Smokey Brown Sugar Rub with fig spread, orange juice. bourbon and mustard.
  3. Lightly coat green onions and orange with remaining tablespoon oil.
  4. Grill pork chops about 15 minutes, brushing with glaze during last 5 minutes of cooking, or until pork chops reach desired doneness. Grill green onions and oranges until tender.
