Smokey Brown Sugar & Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 4 tsp. + 1 Tbsp. Weber® Smokey Brown Sugar Rub, divided
- 1/2 cup fig spread or orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon (optional)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 6 green onions, trimmed
- 2 oranges, halved or quartered
Directions
- Lightly coat pork chops with olive oil, then sprinkle both sides of each pork chops with 1 teaspoon of Weber Smokey Brown Sugar Rub.
- Combine remaining tablespoon of Smokey Brown Sugar Rub with fig spread, orange juice. bourbon and mustard.
- Lightly coat green onions and orange with remaining tablespoon oil.
- Grill pork chops about 15 minutes, brushing with glaze during last 5 minutes of cooking, or until pork chops reach desired doneness. Grill green onions and oranges until tender.
