Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Four Sixes Top Hand Hickory BBQ Sauce, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands Onion Powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup Four Sixes Top Hand Hickory BBQ Sauce, salt, and spices.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup Four Sixes Top Hand Hickory BBQ Sauce into the bottom of a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan spreading evenly to coat the bottom.
  4. Gently press meatloaf mixture into the loaf pan.
  5. Pour the remaining 1/4 cup Four Sixes Top Hand Hickory BBQ Sauce evenly over meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes.
Tip

Line your pan with aluminum foil for easy removal of the meatloaf.
